Walkthrough¶

Go to The Earl of Aardington (The Earl's Den), say Yes.
Go to Berta and receive an empty basket.
Go to Hedgehog Paradise
Go to "A grove of apple trees" and shake tree a few times.
Go back to Berta and give basket to her.
Go to Gate Guard(room 47510) and wait till you introduce yourself.
Go to Ivar's Pub in Aylor (rt Ivar from recall) and buy two Sundered Vale Pinot Noir.
Go west to Ivar's Hawt Club Scene and buy Questor's Imperial Stout.
Go back to Berta, she will take the items - if she doesn't you may not have bought two pinot.
Go to Wine cellar(47555) and 'get icewine rack'.
Go back to Berta and give icewine to her.
Go to the temple on the estate, find "an older resident sister" and give the hamper to her.
Go to the banshee(47602 hidden tomb, north from 47598), be visible when you walk into the room, and kill her. Loot holy relic.
Go back to an older resident sister and give relic to her.(2 qps and 5000 gold.)
Go back to Berta and receive a warm apple pie.
Go to a distracted guard(aka Lendan) (near 47561) say yes.
Go to Aylor, locate Marna (32450), give rose to her, and say Lendan to her to receive a piece of paper from her.
Go back to Lendan and give him the piece of paper.
Go back to Berta and say I helped Lendan.
Go back to Earl of Aardington(47533) and say I helped Berta.
Go to a horse trainer(47580) and the mob-program will fire.
Go to a dark wood, kill nightmare, and go back to the horse trainer.
Go to Hatchling Aerie, locate the Gnomish egg attendant, give 10000 gold attendent to receive a golden dragon egg.
Go back to a horse trainer and give egg to him. (8 qps and 8000 gold)
Go to the earl, then housekeeper to open the task. A lot of waiting for repop follows. Read ahead. Consider killing ducklings, lorikeets and roses every repop.
Kill ducklings for 50 feathers and give them to the housekeeper.
Go to a maid (likely upper floor east wing but approach each maid until mobprog runs)
Kill lorikeet for 3 green feather (around 47520) and 3 yellow feather (around 47526).
Kill red and yellow rose bushes for 5 red and yellow petals (47586).
Go back to the maid when you have the feathers and petals.
Go to a servant (around 47529).
Kill bees for 2 'a honey drop' and give them to the servant.
Go back to the housekeeper.
Go back to the earl. (10 qps, 20000 gold, and 10 trains)

Free L91 gear¶

Each guard around the manor path has one piece of gear that's invis and better stats than the others. Examine the guard - the gear piece is in grey text instead of green. If you kill all the guards and keep just the items flagged invis, it's a L91 set equivalent to open clan gear.
