Walkthrough

  1. To start goal, say 'yes' to Quanah Parker (An Intersection in a Rocky Road, 15014).

  2. Two methods, both with same reward. Either bring Mad Dog Jake's head to the Marshall, or the Marshall's head to Mad Dog Jake. Mad Dog Jake is at A Large Underground Room (15058, use the map) and Marshall James is at The Marshall's Office (15032). Kill either and they drop their head into inventory. Give the head to the other one to close the task.
